SI-MET College of Nursing, Nooranad is located in the campus of Leprosy Sanatorium, Nooranad, alongside the Royal Kayamkulam- Punalur Road with Govt. District Hospital Mavelikkara as the parent hospital and affiliated to Govt. T D Medical College, Alappuzha.Nooranad has a rich historical and cultural background. The Government of Kerala declared Nooranad as the Nandikesha Paithruka Gramam (Heritage Village of Nandikesha). It is 16 km away from Kayamkulam Railway station and 17 km from KSRTC station. The college being an ecofriendly, peaceful environment with fresh air and greenery is an ideal place for learning.

College started functioning in September 2023 and started its venture in academic excellence with 60 students in the first batch on 01st November, 2023.
